- How do I book?
- Browse the catalog, pick your event date, add items to your cart, then read and e-sign the rental agreement and pay your refundable deposit online. That secures your date.
- Is the deposit refundable?
- Yes. Your security deposit is fully refunded within five business days after the items are returned in good condition. Cancellation terms: 21+ days before your event is a full refund, 15–20 days is 50%, and within 14 days the deposit is non-refundable.
- When is the rental fee due?
- Your refundable deposit is paid when you book to hold your date. The rental fee itself is due 48 hours before your pickup or delivery; we send an invoice.
- Do you deliver, or do I pick up?
- Both, depending on the item. Many smaller items are DIY pickup. Larger items (like the outdoor movie theater, margarita machine, and foam cannon) are delivered and set up by us. Delivery beyond 30 miles of Ashland may add a small fee.
- What about damage or late returns?
- We keep a card on file. You agree to return items clean and in the same condition. Damage, loss, or late returns may be charged per the rental agreement you sign at checkout.
- What area do you serve?
- Ashland and the surrounding Lake Superior area. Not sure if you’re in range? Just reach out and ask.
