What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, event and delivery address, the details of your booking, and the name you type to sign the rental agreement. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information only to take and manage your booking: to confirm it, send invoices and event reminders, deliver or hand off your rental, and contact you about your order.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run our site and bookings (our payment processor Stripe, our email provider, and our website host), and only as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
Payment security
All payments and deposits are handled directly by Stripe over a secure connection. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
Keeping & removing your data
We keep booking records as long as needed for our business and legal requirements. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information anytime by emailing info@superiorshorescollective.com.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to make the site work, for example to remember your cart and to keep you signed in to the admin area. We do not use advertising trackers.
