These terms cover using this website and renting from Superior Shores Collective. Your event itself is governed by the rental agreement you sign at checkout.
Booking & confirmation
Placing items in your cart and submitting the checkout form is a booking request. Your booking is confirmed once you have signed the rental agreement and paid your refundable deposit online, which reserves your date.
Deposits & payment
A refundable security deposit is collected when you book and holds your date. The rental fee itself is invoiced separately and is due before your pickup or delivery. A card is kept securely on file (via Stripe) in case of damage, loss, or late return, as described in the rental agreement you sign at checkout.
Cancellations & refunds
Your security deposit is refunded after your items are returned in good condition. Cancellation terms: 21 or more days before your event is a full refund of the deposit, 15–20 days is 50%, and within 14 days the deposit is non-refundable. Damage, loss, or late returns may be charged per the rental agreement.
The rental agreement governs
The rental agreement you read and sign at checkout sets out the full terms for your rental: condition, care, liability, and damage. If anything here and that signed agreement differ, the signed rental agreement controls your rental.
Using this site
Please use the site only to make genuine bookings and provide accurate information. We may decline or cancel a booking if needed. The site is provided as-is, and availability and pricing may change.
